TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - The Pima County Sheriff's Department is asking the public to help identify a man who robbed the Circle K at 5818 South Palo Verde Road around 6:13 p.m., Oct. 21.

In a news release, Deputy Tom Peine said the suspect entered the convenience store and threatened the clerk with a shotgun. He demanded money from the cash register. Several customers were also present.

Once his demands were met, he fled from the store on foot and was last seen running westbound on Milton Road.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with a light complexion, approximately 5'10" to 6'00" tall. He was wearing khaki pants, black tennis shoes, a black shirt (long sleeved with the sleeves rolled up), a black baseball cap and glasses. Witnesses remembered the suspect having a hoarse voice.
