Second mobile home fire in 24 hours

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Northwest Fire firefighters battled the second mobile home fire in a 24 hour period.
Crews responded to a call about a mobile home fire located in the 900 block of west Prospect Lane around 1:30 p.m. Sunday, according to Adam Goldberg with the Northwest Fire District.
When firefighters arrived on scene they witnessed heavy fire and black smoke coming from a double-wide mobile home.
Four people were living in the mobile home, including a 44-year-old female, her 16 and 17-year-old daughters, and a 22-year-old male, according to Goldberg.
No one was inside the mobile home at the time of the incident and no injuries were reported.
Along with the occupants, several cats and a dog were living within the home.
As of now, 11 cats and the family dog are missing and presumed dead, according to Goldberg.
Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire.
