TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A 14-year-old boy was rescued by Border Patrol last night after he got lost during a Boy Scout mission.
A small group of eight boys were supposed to set up camp within 500 yards of their two Scout Masters yesterday afternoon.
The 14-year-old wandered about a mile and a half away from the group and called 9-1-1 when he saw suspicious flash lights and heard foot steps.
When Border Patrol found the boy he was in no medical distress, but he was running low on food and water. KGUN 9 On Your Side will have more on this story at 5.
