Four patients transported after collision

AVRA VALLEY, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - Four people were transported from a head-on collision on Thursday afternoon.
Patrick Calhoun tells KGUN9 that Avra Valley Fire and Picture Rocks Fire District responded to the area of Avra Valley Rd and Anway Rd for reports of a collision.
When crews arrived on scene, they found two vehicles involved in appeared to be a head on collision.
The first vehicle had a total of three patients in the vehicle with one patient trapped due to the
severity of the damage to the vehicle, said Calhoun.
The 23-year-old female who was trapped was transported to in critical, but stable condition. A 2-year-old patient and a 3-year-old patient in the vehicle were also transported in serious, but stable condition.
The second vehicle also had a trapped patient in the vehicle. This male patient, in his 50's, was taken to transported in serious, but stable condition.
