Fire destroys at least 3 businesses in Prescott

PRESCOTT, Ariz. (KGUN9-TV) - An infamous Arizona landmark caught fire Tuesday and at least two other businesses are on fire on historic Whiskey Row in Prescott.
The businesses on fire along Whiskey Row are the Bird Cage Saloon, Pearl's Place BBQ and Prescott Foods, according to authorities.
The fire started about 6:00 p.m.
Multiple agencies and at least 50 people were working on putting the fire out, according to Battalion Chief Cougan Carothers with Central Yavapai Fire District.
Authorities believe the fire was centered towards the rear of a restaurant known as The Palace.
It is unknown at this time what started the fire.
Authorities say ambulances have been dispatched to the scene as a precaution.
