Man dies of gunshot wounds
A man has been taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds, after a shooting incident at an apartment complex on Pima Street, Tucson Police said.

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Tucson police are investigating a shooting incident in the area of Pima Street and Rosemont Blvd., which is just East of Swan Road.
A man has died after he was taken to the hospital suffering from gunshot trauma, according to Sgt. Marie Hawke.
Authorities were first alerted to the shooting around 1 p.m. Tuesday. Police say there is no indication of gang activity and details of the shooting are unclear at this time.
Authorities say, the victim had attempted to leave the scene in a truck, but collided with a parked vehicle that was in the parking lot of the complex. Officers were able to assist the man in getting out of the truck and to a safe location.
Emergency crews from the Tucson Fire Department responded to the scene as well and transported the man to a local area hospital for further medical evaluation and treatment. The man succumbed to his injuries while at the hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later.
Next of kin have not yet been notified.
The entrance to the apartment complex in the area is taped off at this time. The complex is at 4860 E. Pima Street was closed for several hours, according to police.
