South Tucson PD investigating burglary at Tucson Greyhound Park

TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - South Tucson Police are investigating a robbery at the Tucson Greyhound Park.

Lieutenant Jeff Inorio with South Tucson PD tells KGUN9 that on March 21, officers responded to the Tucson Greyhound Park, 2601 South 3rd Avenue reference a report of a burglary.

When officers arrived, they learned that sometime overnight seven large flat screen televisions were stolen from a secure storage area located in the park. The televisions were described as five Sharp 70 inch flat screen and two Sharp 60 inch flat screen televisions.

All the televisions were new and still in factory boxes, says Inorio.

On-duty Park security officers did not observe anything unusual overnight.
