TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - A 50-year-old woman died Saturday due to injuries she suffered from falling out of a car.
Police tell KGUN9 News that Anne Marie Levin was injured after falling out of a moving car on Feb. 27, near the intersection of West Glenn and North Oracle Road.
Levin's son was driving at the time, and police were told that the two had been arguing at a convenience store in the area.
While the two were traveling eastbound on West Glenn, Levin unexpectedly fell from the car and was transported to a hospital.
Tucson police say detectives are investigating the incident as a homicide because it is unclear whether Levin was pushed from the car or fell by accident.
Police also say that Levin's son may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of the accident.
No arrests have been made in this case.
