Justin Timberlake is hinting that he wants to become a country artist. During a recent trip to Nashville, the former N' Sync singer revealed he hopes to someday move to Music City and to record a country album. “I spend way more time in Nashville than people realize,” Justin tells the Tennessean newspaper. “I think there could be a place for me here in the future for sure. Absolutely I will work in Nashville. That’s probably the next move for me. The next move for me is to sink some teeth in here.” Justin, whose former boy band recorded a duet with country supergroup Alabama, says he would love to one day win a CMA award for Best Country Album.

Carrie Underwood is hoping that when it's 'lights, camera, action" for the live TV special, "The Sound of Music," it will just feel like another rehearsal. "The live aspect is the thing that makes it scary but it's also the thing that makes it great,” Carrie says.“We're going to work really hard. We'll be doing so many rehearsals hopefully it'll just feel like another day. I'm sure they'll have something in case somebody freezes. I freeze!"  Carrie plays Maria von Trapp on the live broadcast, Dec. 5 at 8:00 PM ET on NBC.

Anyone close to Tishomingo, Okla., has a chance to see Miranda Lambert next Friday, Nov. 29,  at her Pink Pistol store's Pink Friday celebration. "We're having tons of booths with crafts and food, and we’re having a concert by Neal McCoy, who’s a buddy of mine and my husband’s, right here in the street starting at 8 p.m," says Miranda. She'll also be auctioning off a pink Gibson guitar signed by husband Blake Shelton (and others) to benefit the MuttNation Foundation and the Pink Wig charity. Shoplifters beware! This sign is posted in Miranda's store:
