  • Taken by my husband, Gary Steffens yesterday near sunset in the area of Harrison and Catalina Highway. Two bobcats (the size of mountain lions) walking down our driveway. He was only able to get a clear shot of one of the cats. But what a magnificent sight to see. In the first image you can see two cats in the brush if you zoom in. In the other you get a clear shot of one of the cats walking down our driveway. Laura Laine Steffens

  • This crane/egret (?) stops by my pond, which is beside this saguaro cactus, twice a year like clockwork. He has been coming for the past ten years or so to rest and fish in our pond before continuing on his journey. Rochelle Cox

  • Just wanted to show you how the charm gathers after these cold nights and the sunset here less than an hour ago. It started out like the first one and ended like the last. That bright spot wasn't the sun. I guess there was a water vapor cloud that somehow caught the light from the sun at the horizon and made a vertical pillar of light. Just breathtaking! Oui Guillotte

  • Well, this is not as good as Guy Atchley's photos but I had to take it fast as the bobcat saw me as my poor cat,Tyler, was having a "moment" not realizing that there is a glass window between them in the Arizona room early in the morning. He made a sound I have never heard him make before. That is what got me to come and investigate or I would of missed it. This was in the Snyder and Soldiers Trail area. Not sure if you needed an attach file or just paste it on the email, so I am doing both. Mary Haynes
