Never Forgotten 9/11 Tower Challenge

Never Forgotten 9/11 Tower Challenge

In honor of all those who lost their lives on 9/11 and of our first responders and military who continue to protect us from foreign and domestic threats, the Greater Tucson Fire Foundation is hosting a tower challenge that will take place on Thursday, September 11, 2014 at the University of Arizona Football Stadium.

There were 110 floors, 2071 steps in the Twin Towers and you can take the challenge of climbing all 110 floors, all 2071 steps.

(NO LONGER ACCEPTING CLIMBERS - EVENT IS FULL) Those who can participate are active and retired first responders and military and/or their spouses.  Participants are asked to seek donations. Our goal is that each participant reach $200.00 in donations, however, we would like you to participate based on the goal that you reach. Register for a participant ticket through Eventbrite and start training!  Mosture wicking t-shirts given to all participants.

You can still donate!  All donations will be equally divided between the 100 Club of Arizona and the Fisher House Tucson.  The 100 Club supports first responders and their families when tragedy strikes.  the Arizona Fisher House in Tucson is housing where loved ones can stay for free when one of our military heroes is being treated in the hospital.  A special thanks to the Tucson Police and Fire members who spent countless hours to make this great event a reality.
