After emerging from a two-month stay in rehab to treat her eating disorder, singer Kesha has made some changes, beginning with dropping the dollar sign from her name, which she formerly spelled Ke$ha.

Since leaving rehab, she’s tweeted several messages to fans, including a photo of herself wearing a shirt that reads “I’m a survivor.”

She also tweeted, “Happy to be back! Feeling healthy & working on tons of new music. I can't thank my fans enough for all the love & support u have given me.”

“Kesha's mother, Pebe Sebert, joined her daughter at a Chicago-based rehab center earlier this year, saying she was seeking treatment for ‘post-traumatic stress disorder’ over her daughter's ongoing struggle with producer Dr. Luke, who she believes exacerbated Kesha's eating disorder,” People reports.
