Tulsans take part in Hoodie March for Trayvon Martin
TULSA (KFAQ) - A couple of hundred Tulsans took part in a march Thursday night voicing concerns about the verdict in the George Zimmerman trial and showing support for Trayvon Martin, who was shot to death in the case.
Many in the group wore hoodies to show support for Martin as they marched from Tulsa City Hall to Guthrie Green.
They filled the city council chambers prior to their march.
The march was organized after Zimmerman was found not guilty in his trial in Florida last weekend.
