MOORE (KFAQ) - Two Moore famiies who lost their homes in last May's tornado have received homes thanks to a local church and volunteers.
The homes came fully furnished and debt-free. Michelle Linger and her children were one of the two families to be chosen by River Life Church to receive the homes.
Linger had walked into the church shortly after the tornado looking for food and clothing because she had lost everything in the storm.
Thanks to volunteers, both homes were built in 17 days.
