Man dies in Osage County wreck
PAWHUSKA, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a 70-year-old Pawhuska man has been killed when the car he was driving collided with a tractor-trailer rig near Pawhuska.
An OHP report says William Jones died in the crash just before 7:45 a.m. Sunday.
Troopers say Jones was making a left-hand turn from a private drive when he pulled into the path of the semi and was hit in the driver's side door.
The driver of the rig was not injured in the accident.
