Lamb Skewers with Cucumber greek Joghurt Sauce (Zaziki)
served with Brocolli and Eggsquash
 
800g lean Meat of Lamb from the Leg
         cut in 2 inc by 1/2 inc Pieces skewered and seasoned
 
Cucumber Sauce (Zaziki)
 
1 Cucumber
1 cup of Greek Joghurt plain
1 cup of low fat Sourcream
1 clove fresh Garlic
1 teaspoon of garlicpowder
Juice of a half a Lemonpinch of pepper and Salt
 
2 Heads of Brocolli and 2 Eggsquash
cleaned and boiled than seasoned
