CAPE CORAL, Fla. - The NFL is launching an investigation into the Miami Dolphins workplace environment and whether Offensive Lineman Richie Incognito bullied fellow player, Jonathan Martin.
The team suspended Incognito indefinitely after reports say he threatened Martin's family and sent racist text messages and voice mails.
Martin took a leave of absence a week ago. Jacquelyn posted to Facebook, "Seriously? I hope there's more than trash talk to this. It is football, not ballet..."
"People don't understand the locker room, they're trying to compare it to middle school. This is a bunch of 20 to 30-year-old millionaires that are very cocky," said former Miami Dolphin Channing Crowder.
Brenda reacted to the allegations writing on Facebook, "Incognito should be fired and fined and I am not a football fan at all...just a fan of respect of one another."
Justin asked, "Is this preschool? Suspension for bullying? Be a man and take it or knock him out."
Ruth applauds Martin's departure posting, "Martin chose to walk away instead of becoming violent!"
Angie thought, "No matter what age or gender you are, this kind of behavior is not tolerable!!!"
Incognito took to Twitter saying he wants his name cleared.
