Two more suspects arrested in murder of Cape Coral man

CREATED Sep. 24, 2013

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Fort Myers police arrested two brothers on Monday in connection with the murder of a Cape Coral man Thursday night.

18-year-old Nehemiah Neal Jr. of Fort Myers and 20-year-old Jahrell Neal of Lehigh Acres are charged with felony murder during the commission of a robbery.

The shooting happened just before 7 p.m. Thursday at the Sienna Apartments.  Police found 58-year-old Keith Stengel suffering from a gunshot wound.  He later died at the hospital.

Investigators at the scene gathered evidence and arrested a suspect, 18-year-old Brittany Stubbs of Immokalee.

Investigators believe Stubbs lured Stengel to the location for the robbery where the Neal brothers shot and killed him.

Police say both brothers have confessed to the crime.
