Sara Belsole's Impossible Pumpkin Pie

This is my impossible pumpkin pie. It doesn't have a crust and stands on its own.

Impossible right but delicious, I can eat a whole one by myself! (And have!) 

2 cups unsweetened can pumpkin

1 1/2 cups milk

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup Bisquick mix

2 tbsp margarine (softened)

2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

3 tsp vanilla

2 large eggs

1/2 cup whipped topping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except whipped topping. Stir 2 minutes with a risk. Pour into deep dish pie pan coated with non stick spray. Bake 50 minutes.

Add whipped topping and enjoy!
