Lee County deputies search for robbery suspect

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Lee County deputies are looking for a suspect who held up a Mobil gas station Monday night in South Fort Myers.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call in reference to an armed robbery that just occurred at the Gladiolus Mobil on Gladiolus Drive in Fort Myers.

Deputies learned that a black male suspect entered the store, displayed a firearm and demanded money.
After obtaining an undisclosed amount of money the suspect fled the store on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’8” to 5’11” tall, approximately 145 to 155 lbs, wearing a black shirt, camouflage shorts and a mask.
