FORT MYERS, Fla. - Veteran Lee County Commissioner Tammy Hall has decided not to seek re-election when her term expires in 2014. Hall's district covers North Fort Myers and part of Cape Coral.
She started in politics as a member of the Fort Myers City Council before running for an open spot on the Lee County Board of County Commissioners a decade ago.
Hall had considered a run last year for the Congressional seat vacated by Connie Mack IV before deciding against a run.
