Emergency landing at RSW after bird strike

LEE COUNTY, Fla. - An AirTran flight making an emergency landing Sunday morning at Southwest Florida International Airport after a bird strike.

The Lee County Port Authority says Flight 743 was heading to Columbus, Ohio when it hit the bird.  Officials say 93 people were on the plane when it landed safely shortly before 11 a.m.  No one was injured and passengers were transferred to other flights
