Daily exercise curbs heart failure

Daily exercise may significantly reduce the risk of heart failure.

Researchers evaluated nearly 40,000 adults and results show those who spent at least a half-hour a day doing vigorous exercise cut their risk of developing heart failure nearly in half. 

Researchers say this proves you should get at least 150 minutes of intense exercise a week.
