SOUTH FORT MYERS, Fla. - A crossover crash left two women in critical condition late Friday night on Mike G. Rippe Parkway near 6 Mile Cypress.
The Florida Highway Patrol says a Toyota Celica driven by 19-year-old Alexandra Olsen of Fort Myers was headed south on Mike G. Rippe when her vehicle crossed over the grass median for some unknown reason and a Toyota 4 Runner head-on.
Both Olsen and the driver of the SUV, 24-year-old Noah Milgrim of Fort Myers, were left in critical condition.
The FHP says neither driver were wearing seatbelts and that charges are pending.
