Probation for gun toting Cypress Lake football player

FORT MYERS, Fla. - A 15-year-old Cypress Lake High School football player received probation for a gun incident on a school bus February 27, 2013.
Investigators say the teenager threatened to shoot another teen during a bus ride following practice from the school.
The teenager agreed to a plea deal in which he received four years probation as a youthful offender.
The witnesses to the event and the alleged victim all refused to testify against the boy.
Fox 4 News does not name juvenile suspects.
