COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. - Fox 4 has newly-obtained documents from the State Attorney's Office about a savage murder in Naples two years ago.
Suzanne Bishop's body was found mutilated in her then-boyfriend, Christopher Serna's, apartment on July 26, 2011. Court documents reveal more about Bishop's death and Serna, who's accused of killing her.
Court documents show a possible weapon, including a "Louisville Slugger" bat with blood on it and a cigarette butt with bloody fingerprints.
Detectives are also examining notebooks found at Serna's home. In them, a drawing of "Charlie Brown" hanging from a noose and "Snoopy" looking up at him. Also, a picture of three naked women with daggers and another of a demon with a bloody axe. Another piece of paper shows, a math problem and a drawing of a headless women's body hanging from hooks.
Serna remains at the Collier County Jail. He faces a charge of second degree murder in Bishop's death.
