Man charged with running phony dentist practice in Naples

NAPLES, Fla. - A Naples man is charged with practicing dentistry without a license. The Collier County Sheriff's Office says he ran the phony office out of his home.
The man who called himself Juan Diego would pick up patients at a nearby grocery store. He would then take them to his home and perform dental procedures.
One victim had a root canal and paid $400 for the procedure.
Deputies arrested Juan Diego Garciacastano, 32, and charging him for practicing dentistry without a license and having dentist equipment without a license.
