Cape Coral police hit drug house for 3rd time

CAPE CORAL, Fla. - Cape Coral detectives arrested a pair of suspected cocaine dealers Thursday night after serving a search warrant on their home for the 3rd time.
Detectives with an assist from the SWAT team arrested Delshon Evans, 21 and Jeremiah Evans, 23, on three counts of cocaine possesion and three counts of selling cocaine.
Jeremiah Evans was out on bond following a previous arrest for selling cocaine.
Neighbors fed up with ongoing crack sales in the neighborhood worked with Cape Coral police to make them aware of the problem.
Lieutenant Tony Sizemore said, "For a person to openly sell drugs in a neighborhood, mere feet from a school no less, is totally unacceptable in Cape Coral. The community won't stand for it and the Cape Coral Police Department will work as hard as it takes to put these thugs out of business."
