Early morning jerky run could land man behind bars
FORT MYERS, Fla. - A man on a quest for food is now a wanted man in Lee County.
Surveillance cameras captured images of the unknown man inside the Hess Gas Station on Palm Beach Boulevard just before 2 a.m. on April 10th.
Detectives say the man used a 2x4 slab of wood to smash out the front door of the business.
Once inside, he rummaged through the store, leaving with an armful of beef jerky and other food items.
