BOSTON, MA - The U.S. Marshals service says the surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings has been moved from a civilian hospital to a federal medical center in Massachusetts.

The 19-year-old  Dzhokhar Tsarnaev says he and his brother were ready to take their pressure cooker bombs to New York City and attack Times Square.

New York officials say that's what Tsarnaev told interrogators he and his brother decided to do last Thursday, before a carjack victim got away and called for help and the older brother was killed in a gunbattle with police.
