FHP trooper involved in I-75 rollover crash

FORT MYERS ,Fla.- Florida Highway Patrol says no charges have been filed against the trooper involved in an I-75 crash. But it remains under investigation.
Troopers say the crash happened on Friday night at 9:17 p.m. The accident critically injured a North Fort Myers woman and sent two other people to the hospital with minor injuries.
According to the FHP 29-year-old Christopher McClure of North Fort Myers was driving his Jeep southbound on I-75 near Colonial when a car driver by FHP Trooper Gustavo Reyes hit the rear of the Jeep.
The crash sent the Jeep onto its roof critically injuring 28-year-old Crystal Crawford-McClure.
Christopher McClure suffered minor injuries, as did his 1-year-old son Christopher.
As of Saturday night, FHP says both Christopher and Crystal McClue remain in critical but stable condition at Lee Memorial Hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation and Reyes has not been suspended.
