CAPE CORAL, Fla. - You only have one day left to get those Christmas cards and packages in the mail so they get to their destination on time.
Four In Your Corner's Colleen Hogan is letting you know how you can skip the busy post office all together and get your packages picked up at home, and save on shipping.
Time is running out to get your holiday gifts and cards in the mail.
"This was convenient," Carrie Dizenzo said. "It's right before work and I gotta get it done."
Dizenzo hit up the self-service kiosk to print stamps for her Christmas cards she's sending to friends and family in New York.
"Much easier," she joked, of using the automated machine.
Keith Claus' wife sent him to the post office to get their cards off to Pittsburg.
"My wife came down a couple days ago to mail a package," he said. "It was a 2 hour wait. (She) said there were people passing out."
You can avoid the long lines and hassle by going to USPS.com. You can buy and print your postage online and arrange for someone to pick up your packages from your house. Service is free and the shipping is less than if you went into a store.
The last day for Priority mail is Dec. 21. The last day for Express mail is Dec. 22.
