2 dead in 3 vehicle crash in Arcadia

ARCADIA, Fla. - A three vehicle accident on U.S. 17 killed two people and injured three others Thursday afternoon in Arcadia.
The Florida Highway Patrol reports a Saturn driving by 51-year-old Kimberly Worth was headed north on U.S. 17 followed by a pick up truck driven by 45-year-old Leopoldo Davila.
Worth slowed her car to a stop to make a left turn onto Wisteria Avenue and Davila failed to stop, pushing Worth's car into the path of a Mitsubishi driven by 18-year-old Clint Klishin.
Klishin's car struck Worth's vehicle on the right side killing her and a passenger riding with her, 40-year-old Jimmy Hooks.
Klishin suffered serious injuries and two passengers in his car were also injured. 18-year-old Cody Laut suffered serious injuries and 18-year-old Carlos Torres suffered minor injuries.
The FHP did not release whether Davila will be cited in the accident.
