2 people dead, two in hospital after accident in Fort Myers
FORT MYERS - We now know the names of the two drivers killed in the collision. It happened just before 4 this afternoon.
Troopers say 27 year old Kathryn Frizzell was heading north on Slater Road when she veered over the center line, hitting a Suburban driven by 35 year old April Strahl.
Deputies tell us both Kathryn Frizzell and Strahl are dead and two others, including a 15-month-old baby, are being taken to the hospital.
A 2 year old passenger in Frizzell's car was taken to Lee Memorial Hospital and is in critical condition tonight.
There was a 26-year-old passenger, Dawn Weidtman, in Strahl's car who is also in critical condition. She was the only one not wearing a seat belt in the collision.
