Thanks for clicking to find out a little more about me!
It’s great to be a part of your morning, getting you started with FOX 4 Rising and working with such a welcoming, genuine team. As new moms, Miriam and I always have a lot of fun sharing war stories about our toddlers!
My little guy is my pride and joy. He's 2-years old and keeps me on my toes. Working on the morning show gives me the best of both worlds. I get to do what I love every day, bringing you the news and spending time snuggling with my little man watching him grow!
Aside from being a mommy, I am also a die-hard Seminole fan! After growing up in Cape Coral, I headed off to Florida State University where I graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism and developed a love for football. GO NOLES!
After school, I started my career in television with an amazing opportunity. I was granted an internship in Dusseldorf, Germany, working on an entertainment show. Not only was I able to perfect my German (my dad is German), but from that moment on, I was hooked on television. I moved back to Florida and landed my first job in TV News as an Associate Producer at a local station.
After much determination and learning the ins and outs of the business, I accepted a reporter position here at FOX, in January of 2005. From there, I was promoted to Weekend Anchor, Morning Anchor, and in September 2007, I moved to FOX 4 News at 6, 10 and 11 to work with Patrick Nolan. I spent five years along side Patrick before leaving in 2012, shortly after the birth of my son, Jude.
Now I'm ready to get back to work and as crazy as it sounds, getting up at 2:30 in the morning really isn't that bad (lots of coffee and naps help)!
I feel so blessed to be able to come back to work in my hometown!
Thank you for supporting me over the years. If there's anything I can every help you with, just drop me a note!
