U.S. speedskater creates scene climbing Olympic rings at village

By Jay Sorgi. CREATED Feb 4, 2014

One of America's speedskaters created a big scene at the Olympic Village in Sochi when she climbed the Olympic Rings at the Village.

According to a story in the Missoulian, River Falls, Wis., speedskater Maria Lamb took to the rings in the village and took a seat between the blue and black top rings in the statue of the five-ringed logo of the Games.

“I just decided to climb up for fun. I didn’t realize it would cause such a stir!” Lamb said in the article.

Still, I'm not sure she tops these Austrian skiers.
