Michigan State's Morrill Hall Torn Down

One of MSU's oldest buildings is now just rubble.

Morrill Hall was 113 years old, and the university decided it would be cheaper to tear it down than to fix it. 70 percent of the material from the hall will be salvaged and recycled.

If you're wanting a piece of history, thousands of the torn down bricks will be sold through the MSU Surplus Store later this summer.
