MSU Athletics to Support "A Little Boy's Prayer"

LANSING, MI—This Sunday, December 2 at 7:00 PM athletes representing Michigan State University will join together with “A Little Boy’s Prayer” to help create a very special Christmas experience for Mid-Michigan children and families. Final preparations are nearly complete for the opening night of Lansing’s Christmas benefit production presented by Mount Hope Church on Creyts Rd.

Athletes from various teams representing the university’s athletic department will bring holiday cheer by taking part in distributing gifts and care packages at the December 2 performance of “A Little Boy’s Prayer”. Children and caregivers from select local charities will receive Christmas gifts and practical necessities on behalf of generous community sponsors from throughout Mid-Michigan.

Children of all ages need role models to inspire their dreams,” says author and songwriter Stephen Marshall. “Join us in giving hope and support to some of Mid-Michigan’s finest charities this Christmas season by attending A Little Boy’s Prayer.

Family-focused charities such as St. Vincent’s Catholic Charities Children’s Home, Bethany Christian Services, Champions Club Kid’s Program, and Angel Tree will benefit from the production presented by Mount Hope Church of Lansing.
