Senate Still Working on Medicaid Expansion
FOX 47 News
LANSING -- The 'Healthy Michigan' work group, appointed to come up with a more in-depth Medicaid Expansion bill, needs more time.
The Senate created the work group at the beginning of July. Since then, the group has been meeting two times a week for three hours at a time.
Senate Majority Leader Randy Richardville has been getting updates from the group. He says it has been making progress, but it didn't have anything to present to the Senate on the 17th.
