UPDATED: Charlotte Bank Robbery Suspect Possibly Connected to Other Crimes

The man accused of robbing a bank in Charlotte on Wednesday, is wanted in other states for the same crime.
The pictures on the left were taken Wednesday as he robbed the Fifth Third branch in Lansing. The pictures to the right were taken while another robbery was happening at a bank in Boliver, Ohio last Thursday.
It's the same guy, wearing the same colorful sweater. We talked to the Boliver Police Chief and he believes the same guy also robbed banks in Wyoming, Illinois and another one in Ohio. Fingerprints pulled from the deposit slip show they belong to a man who's wanted by the FBI on several other bank robberies.

CHARLOTTE - A bank in Charlotte was robbed Wednesday.
Shortly before 12:30P.M. the Fifth-Third bank on Lansing Street in Charlotte was robbed.
Initial reports say that a man in his 50s indicated he had a gun, but no weapons were seen. The man made no attempt to disguise himself, and is plainly visible on security cameras.
The robber ran from the bank south through the Carquest business lot and fled in a car eastbound on Island Hwy. He was last seen near Island and Hartel Rd.
The thief is described as a white male, 6'3", 180lbs, light brown thin hair. He was wearing , wearing a wearing a multi-colored sweatshirt.
The suspect's car is described as a black sedan, possibly foreign model. The license plate was white (unknown state).
The suspect is still being sought. Further details from Charlotte Police were not initially available.
