GM Lansing Delta Plant to Host 'Transformers 4' Filming

According to the Lansing State Journal, Lansing will act as a supporting role in the upcoming 'Transformers' sequel.
A GM Spokesperson confirmed that next weekend, August 10 & 11, General Motors Company's Lansing Delta Township assembly plant will host the 'Transformers 4' film crew. No details have been released as to the exact scenes that will be shot at this location nor has information been released on whether or not stars Mark Wahlberg and Stanley Tucci will be in town.
The weekend shoot at the Lansing based GM is one of several GM factories that will be incorporated into the film. Director Michael Bay has been filming in various locations in Michigan this summer, and Lansing is excited and honored to welcome the Transformers team to the Capitol area.
