One of the men accused of robbing a credit union in Jackson last fall has taken a plea deal. Darius Griffin pleaded guilty Tuesday to a lesser charge of unarmed robbery. He now faces a maximum of 20 years in prison instead of life when he's sentenced in May.
Griffin admitted to driving the getaway car during the Aeroquip Credit Union robbery on October 8th. The trial for Roger Ozier, who is also charged in the robbery, starts at the end of the month.
