Michigan's attorney general wants justice for those affected by the deadly fungal meningitis outbreak. Bill Schuette wants a multi-county grand jury to investigate the company behind the tainted steroid shots. He wants to know if any state laws were broken, and to make sure it never happens again.
Schuette said "A grand jury has the ability to compel witness testimony and we want to get to the bottom of this. We want to find out the truth and we want to provide justice, we're going to have a very aggressive approach to this."
The Michigan Court of Appeals determines what should happen next. 14 people in Michigan died from these shots. 259 others were infected.
