A candlelight vigil was held Sunday night in honor of Juanita Brown. The 87-year old was killed in a Windslow's mobile home park in Meridian Township last week in a fire.
Officials say Brown died of smoke inhalation. Friends and family gathered near the remains of the burned trailer to remember the former teacher. Her husband was able to escape the fire.
Investigators are still trying to figure out what caused it.
