All-of-Us Express Presents "Jolly Roger and the Pirate Queen"

EAST LANSING, Mich. — The All-of-us Express Children’s Theatre (AECT) will bring “Jolly Roger and the Pirate Queen” to the East Lansing Hannah Community Center (ELHCC) stage, 819 Abbot Road, on the weekends of July 27-28 and Aug. 3-4.
Friday performances will take place at 7 p.m. and Saturday performances will take place at 2 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. There is also space available for ELHCC’s special camp show, taking place Friday, Aug. 3 at 2 p.m. Group tickets are $5/each.
“We encourage all community members to come out for a show in support of our talented area youth,” said AECT Artistic Director Miranda Sue Hartmann. “This latest AECT production of ‘Jolly Roger and the Pirate Queen’ will take audience members on a journey to the high seas and the exciting world of pirates.”
Area youth, ages 6-18, from the communities of East Lansing, Okemos, Dewitt, Lansing, Perry, Holt, Williamston, Haslett, Dimondale, Mason and Laingsburg. The production includes approximately 60-80 cast and crew members, including extras.

The All-of-us Express Children’s Theatre (AECT) offers young people of all backgrounds, cultures and lifestyles the opportunity to produce professional quality plays, study many aspects of the dramatic arts and develop valuable life skills while providing outstanding entertainment to the community.
