Detroit Lions 2012 Season Schedule Announced
The Lions' schedule for the upcoming 2012 season has been released, and with it has come plenty of predictions for the team's performance.
Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press predicts the Lions will go 11-5, improving upon their 10-6 season last year. You can read his breakdown of the games at the link.
In the 2012 season, the Lions will have five primetime appearances on television - in comparison to last year, when the Lions played two. At five, the Lions are at the maximum that teams are allowed to play in primetime appearances.

The Lions will also play a Monday night game at Chicago in October.
