Racial Slur Against Trayvon Martin on M-DOT Sign
FOX 47 News
Drivers along I-94 noticed that an M-DOT construction sign had been hacked to say a racial slur against slain Florida teenager Trayvon Martin.
Michigan State Police were notified and the message has been taken down. When they arrived at the digital sign, the keyboard was gone and the control box had been unlocked.
Ever since the shooting death of Martin in Florida, people across America have become invested in the case. George Zimmerman, the man who shot Martin, has yet to be charged for a crime. Zimmerman says he shot the unarmed Martin out of self-defense.
