It can affect adults, kids, adolescents -- all of us. Chronic dark circles under your eyes. As Doctor Bruce Hensel reports, a cool laser treatment could do the trick to remove them.

This simple procedure will get rid of the under eye dark circles Hillary Hunt had ever since she had her kids.

"Working, doing life you know, you start getting the under eye circles, the little bags from doing what you do every day. I wanted to looker. Who doesn't?"

Bonnie Suarez does. Even though she's still young, she got her dark circles when she was an adolescent.

"Maybe 10 or 11 years old, the dark circles always made me feel very insecure first off. Because I just looked like I haven't slept in such a long time."

Bonnie and Hillary met at Doctor Simon Ourian's office, where he explained why these unsightly areas appear at any age.

"They're caused by blood flow under the eyes, and sun damage over the years. But it can also happen with young people, as early as 9 or 10 years of age," says Dr. Ourian.

Bonnie told Hillary she chose Dr. Ourian's cool laser treatment for a simple reason.

"I hate needles. I was afraid I might feel some pain but I really didn't feel anything," Bonnie says.

"You get to see it really quickly, and it seems like it lasts a while. So, non invasive; why not?" Hillary says.

First Dr. Ourian numbs the skin with a Novocaine-like cream. Five minutes later, he begins the treatment.

"The procedure is completely painless. right Hillary?" "Absolutely."

And the laser will do two things at the same time.

"The cool laser removes pigment tissue from the outer layer and a seamless production of collagen from inside out to cause the skin to look a lot more even," says Dr. Ourian.

The entire procedure? One minute long.

Dr. Oourian says he expects Hillary's results will be as good as Bonnie's.

And the results? "I feel a lot more confident. I feel a lot prettier," says Bonnie.
